A: To submit your application, you can either drop it off in person at the Village Hall or mail it to us at PO Box 411 Gnadenhutten, OH 44629.

A: The deadline for submitting your sponsorship application is May 30th if you would like to purchase a banner. If you'd like to sponsor without a banner, the deadline is two weeks prior to the festival to receive your sponsorship recognition on our website and Facebook page.

A: To pay for your sponsorship, you can either drop off a check at the village hall or mail it to our PO Box listed above.

A: Yes, sponsorships are tax deductible.

A: To ensure optimal display on our website and promotional materials, we require sponsors to provide a high-resolution logo in a PNG file format with a minimum resolution of 1024x768 pixels.
